Changing tab location Desktop

The ability to shift the tab bar from being at the top, and only being able to be present at the top, to instead being able to shift it to either the right or left side of the browser, or being able to put this at the bottom of the screen, or to hide it entirely for those who just want to use the hotkeys for tabs (ex; ctrl+1/ctrl+2/ctrl+3/etc...). For clarification, and to contrast with what is already in the settings, this would not be the same thing as the side panel, this would purely be for the tabs, which would also (potentially) separate it from the search bar.
Summary; Ability to put tabs on either the top or bottom, or put them vertically on either the right or left side.
