My free premium membership has been disappeared.

Hi,

Around Sep or Oct 2025, my free premium membership, which Aloha promised me that it would last forever and there would be no limit, disappeared from my iPad. I still have the same free premium membership on my iPhone but it had been removed from my iPad.

I thought that it was just an error and I clicked a week free premium (?) but after a week later my premium membership didn’t come back to my iPad.

When I left a review about it, someone replied me and suggested me to send an email to support@alohabrowser.com. So I did but no one answers for a month.

Can anyone help me with this?

I will attach the screenshot of aloha app on my phone to prove I have the premium.
