Renewed subscription; desktop version says basic app says premium

Completed Zoiggg Clapperson 20 days ago

This is my 3rd annual renew of the Aloha browser. It renewed on 2/12/26. My app works fine and shows premium. My PC desktop browser shows "Basic". Same account, same login credentials. I have deleted and reinstalled the Windows Desktop x64 App. I have logged in and out. PC Still shows "Basic" and prompts for an upgrade when trying to use any premium features. App is fine. This has not happened in any previous renewal.

Good day,

Thanks for your feedback. Please make sure you log in correctly: https://community.alohabrowser.com/knowledge-base/article/how-to-log-in-to-already-existing-aloha-profile-account

and that sync is enabled in the settings:

Thank you for the response, but this is how I already have it configured. Aloha has been working fine on both devices for at least 2 years. Once the renew hit, the PC now displays BASIC, but the phone app says Premium. Same login on both devices. I have logged out/in the PC, updated, used the toggle to sync, but the PC still remains "upgrade to premium". This has never been an issue before and I have used this account on multiple devices.

I see! On what store did you originally purchase premium?

Also, please log in on here: https://alohaprofile.com/login.html and take a screenshot of connected devices. Thanks,

After all of that, the browser finally stopped asking me to upgrade and now shows premium. I didn't do anything different, but it was about a 2 week lag after renewing before the desktop browser successfully synced.
