Premium paid for but not working

My account is logged as basic but you took payment through Google this morning.

Good day,

Thanks for your feedback. I can confirm that you have active premium on google play store with this email address - chrisppeddie@gmail.com. Please make sure you are logged in with this email on google play store account and aloha profile account. Then, tap the Restore Purchase button in Aloha Premium settings, it should do the trick!

Hi, I’m on an iPhone and this option isn’t available. It defaults to Apple Store on my Apple ID rather than my gmail address

In order to use Google play subscription on iOS in Aloha app you have to sync it via Aloha Profile account. Aloha profile account should be registered with this email address - chrisppeddie@gmail.com (created on your android device with already activated Premium). Is that the case here?

Yes, that’s the address I’m using and logged in on. I’ve used the Google account button to log in.

I’ve checked my profile by logging into the profile page on browser and it says my subscription is basic.

Hi, Thanks for the screenshot!

On your Android device, please do the following:

  1. Restart your phone
  2. Go to Google Play app -> Subscriptions and make sure that your subscription is listed there
  3. Go to Aloha Browser and open premium purchase screen. This should trigger the re-evaluation of the current state.
  4. You can then log in on Aloha Profile account on your iPhone.
