Paid for premium this morning but account is set as basic.

Cannot access premium features. Paid for it this morning through Google, cannot restore purchase as it says nothing to restore.

Also need to add that I am on iPhone but have paid through playstore.

Good day,

Thanks for your feedback. In order to use Google subscription on your iPhone you have to sync Premium via Aloha Profile account and also remain logged in on your Android device.

I can’t, I no longer have access to an android device and this wasn’t a problem until today

In this case, please cancel your Play Store subscription and purchase another on the App Store.

Hi, All applications require a profile to share a subscription, as there's no way to transfer it between 3rd party services (app store, google play).

In this case you have to remain logged in on your android device along ios device to sync Premium. As the purchase has been made on Google play not App Store - these are completely different platforms and stores.

If that’s the case, why has it been working for years without issue and now all of a sudden, I have to cancel and pay more each month. The email address I’m using hasn’t changed, the only thing that’s changed is now I can’t access what I’ve paid for. I haven’t changed anything on this side, so why has it stopped working?
