Background downloads not working on iOS using app version 8.3.1

Hi there,

I’ve got the latest version of iOS and iPad OS

Using Aloha 8.3.1 premium background download does not work since this app update.

How do we resolve this?

I purchased a subscription for this feature and it’s not working.

Do people receive any refunds for this until it’s resolved?
