Hi I am a premium customer of what I uploaded video files from my computer through file sharing

And on the iPad they seem to be in the app but I'll try for the files they are not there what do they do?

I see it shows you have 7.7 GB Aloha downloads. You should be able to restore them on debug mode. Please try again:

1. Go to iPhone Settings

2. Scroll down to find Aloha and tap it

3. Enable Debug switch

4. Go to Aloha app

5. Tap Reset in the top left corner

6. Tap Restore Downloads and confirm with 'Yes'

let me know if it worked.

I did like that and it didn't help

Hi,

Please enable File access toggle in downloads settings, exit the settings and pull down downloads page to refresh, it should help!

- please go to Aloha app

- enter downloads section

- tap settings icon in the lower left corner

- enable Files Access toggle

- close settings

- swipe the page down to refresh
