Syncing bookmarks and tabs between pc and Phone.

Hi. How do I sync my bookmarks between my mobile device and my computer? I was able to sync my bookmarks between my two mobile devices, but have not been able to do so with my pc.

And if it is not yet available, when will it, or exporting bookmarks on mobile, be available?
