App is not opening,crashes at aloha logo as i open it

Iphone 6s app is not opening.It gets struck at aloha logo when i open it and then crashes.please help. I have tried debug mode but it is still not opening please help it has lot of my data

Please send us a report:

1. Go to iPhone Settings

2. Scroll down to find Aloha app and tap it

3. Turn Debug switch on

4. Go to Aloha app

5. Tap Report in the top right corner and send it to us

We will look into it as soon as we can.

Is this bug not fixed? I cant access Aloha for work iPad mini 3. Have the newest update and iOS 12.4.8 App opens to plain white background and then closes after 30 seconds. Tried debug.

We apologise for the inconvenience! It did fix the issue for most users with crashing, however we will continue investigating it!

Hello, we just released one more fix (version 2.22.2), please update it manually from App Store and let us know the results

Same issue here please help. I just updated the new version . Suddenly it started doing this just after I pressed OPT out in aloha sittings. Now I can't access to Aloha anymore . It just stop at the logo then The all close. Please respond
