App keeps closing

Everytime I open it it closes on me and my downloads don’t work. Help.

that's right the app closes when I open it in ios 11.4 Although i downloaded the latest update!!

I have the iOS 2.4.3 version. Whenever I clicked a download it just buffers and then closes.

I belive he meant checking your version number from Settings, General, About, Version.

Hi,

Please kill Aloha app and reboot your device. Let me know if it worked.

I did that but unfortunately did not work..if I reinstall the app I will lose my downloaded filles!

In this case please send report to us through Debug mode:

1. Go to iPhone Settings

2. Scroll down to find Aloha app and tap it

3. Turn Debug switch on

4. Go to Aloha app

5. Tap Report in the top right corner and send it to us

Same here ! I’m running iOS 11.4 and Aloha 2.4.3. It was working fine two days ago before the latest update.

I have update to latest version... rebooted.. turned on debug...

STILL crashes on opening

Do what I did.. connect phone to iTunes, got to aloha section and copy everything to you computer, then delete the app

I thought of this solution actually but i waited Aloha support for fix that preblem

then reinstall... opens after that

sadly latest update blocks certain content..

previous one would display a " can't download" warning but if you pressed play, you could save it from there.

this now brings up a further "can't download" warning...


so I'm no longer using Aloha
