Background player has become unusable.

Hi. The background player can’t remember the progress while in background. It keeps playing, but when I open the app, It goes back to the point where it was before, ignoring all the progress.

1. Run this video in background

2. Let it play for about 5 minutes

3. Open the App again

It won’t be at 5 minutes.

I am encountering similar issue. But still whenever I lock the screen, background player stops with YouTube clips. Please help rectifying the matter.
