I got the same problem, just 7 days ago and nothing is being done about this.
IOS 12.2 and Aloha version 2.8.3
Please do the following to reset aloha settings:
1. Go to iPhone Settings
2. Scroll down to find Aloha app and tap it
3. Turn Debug switch on
4. Go to Aloha app
5. Tap Reset in the top left corner
6. Tap Reset Settings and confirm with 'yes'

I cannot do that because it shows like is open the it crashes
It crashes in debug mode?
In this case, please wait for the next update as we will release bug fixes. Reinstalling the app will help as well.
Same issue here even after debugging mode was turned on
