Index File instead of video download

The download appears and then suddenly disappears on the bottom of the screen when playing the video. And when I try to use the + symbol to download a video I get an index file. Why is that?

Hi,

So, it seems that this particular video is hosted by facebook. Since downloading from Facebook is prohibited, thats why you are getting an error.
