Aloha app is supported for iPhone XS Max. Is there any errors?
Thirdparty keyboard UI was not adapted.
What third party keyboard did you use?

Does it crash on launch? Also, what Aloha and iOS versions do you currently have?
It launch . Ta ke my face id. but then nothing happened.
Latest aloha version. And ios 13.3.1
Please try this method:
1. Go to iPhone Settings
2. Scroll down to find Aloha app and tap it
3. Turn Debug switch on
4. Go to Aloha app
5. Tap Reset in the top left corner
6. Tap Reset Settings and confirm with 'yes'
Please note that reseting Aloha settings will close all your tabs.
