Transferring all downloaded files to another phone

Hi,

I am changing to another phone and i would ask what is the best way to transfer all my downloaded files from one iphone to another iphone?

-if your previous iPhone is backed up on iCloud, once you log in with the same apple id on your new device and restore all apps and settings, aloha should be also there (including downloads).
