vpn Premium not working.

I have the vpn on an iPhone. It has been unable to connect to the uk national lottery site for a few days. I have tried all advice in this forum such as debug, remove profile etc. The connection times out each time. Any ideas?

Aloha 2.16.0, iPhone software 12.4.4. Located in Australia.
