I have gone to setting and enabled file access. When I go to the file’s app, I still cannot view the files that are in Aloha. When I go to the file’s app, the only file to view says:
“To enable File Access and see your files and ones you transfer, please go to Aloha -> Settings -> Downloads and enable Files Access. You can also use Gear icon in Aloha’s File manager for quicker access.”
But I have already done that.
Thanks for posting! It looks like a temporary glitch! Please reboot your device, relaunch Aloha, go to downloads setting and disable/enable Files Access toggle. It should do the trick👌
