I am unable to connect to other countries vpn server except only fastest premium server Works on pc

Unable to connect other VPN servers I am premium user using windows laptop

Only fastest premium is working this is happening recently I also downgraded the aloha version still same issue. It just says connecting and never connects

In my phone it is working fine but laptop it is issue

Apologies for delay, we will need a report: On your PC open "C:\Users\%USER_NAME%\AppData\Local\Temp" (where %USER_NAME% - current user name) and send file "aloha_vpn.txt" to us.

We are working on improving our VPN for the PC version. In the near future we will implement the connection protocol that we use in the mobile version. In the meantime please restart VPN service:

1. Type in windows search bar “Services”
2. Find “Aloha Mobile service” in services list
3. Click right mouse button on service and select “Restart” on context menu.
