Could you let us know exactly what problem you're encountering? For example:
Does the download not start at all and show an error?
Does it fail during the download process?
Or does it fail at the end of processing?

I understand yall are busy there but I would have assumed you could get back to me by now but I guess I was wrong I am sorry but this service and it’s being able to download things judging by what I have experienced is in need of some serious technical work I am putting that lightly

All this information I’ve already put above and various messages. I already gave you the aloha version and the iOS version yes it happens on other videos not just that one and it’s not just your service. It’s theirs too. They’re not compatible at the moment you can go on freaking Reddit and find this out and various other forms.
