Constant problems with app (premium)

Hi,

I have been having constant issues with the app since February to the point I have hardly been able to consistently use the premium I paid for. (App was fine for years with the free version before you introduced the download limits)

I don’t know whats going on but it seems to be one issue after the next and major ones.

After downloading the new update this afternoon, It was fine this morning before I updated.

- Nothing at all downloads (as someone else said it errors out towards the end)

- All video files downloaded the picture freezes but the audio keeps playing then it unfreezes the picture and it happens again every 5 minutes.

Please can we fix these urgently and have a consistent working app like we had for like 8 plus years before around September/october time last year?

How can I send these privately?

You used to be able to post a ticket and submit. I emailed through the app but I never get an email response.

Where do I see the reply? There is nothing to my email unfortunately.

Also nothing in tickets on here on my profile

If it’s to my account email same as my premium I never received your emails to this address nor my password resets neither. Are you able to reply to the email account this is set up with in the community?
