Не появилась премиум подписка после оплаты

Здравствуйте,

Столкнулся с ситуацией что при оплате годовой подписки средства снялись, но премиум подписка не была предоставлена.

Прикрепляю скриншоты оплаты и профиля. Помогите пожалуйста

Good day,

Thanks for your feedback.

Please do the following:

  1. Restart your phone
  2. Go to Google Play app -> Subscriptions and make sure that your subscription is listed there
  3. Go to Aloha Browser and open premium purchase screen. This should trigger the re-evaluation of the current state.

Добрый день

Сделал поэтапно как вы и расписали (перезагрузил телефон, проверил наличие подписки в Google Play, открыл окно покупки премиум снова), к сожалению, не помогло, подписка все ещё не появилась

Go to Aloha Premium settings - tap Restore Purchase button - any luck?

In this case please collect diagnostic logs by following these simple steps:


1. ENABLE EXTENDED LOGGING

Tap the link below to activate logging mode:
alohabrowser://enableextensivelogging

Then use the app as usual and try to reproduce the issue.


2. SEND THE LOGS

Once you've encountered the problem, tap this link:
alohabrowser://shareextensivelogs

This will prepare the log file and open a share dialog — simply reply to this email with the file attached.


NOTE: If the links above are not clickable in your email app, copy the link and paste it into the address bar in Aloha Browser.

No, we just need logs from your device to able to understand why Premium is not active on your device. I can see that you have an active Premium subscription on Google Play store.

  • restart the app

  • then send the logs
