Restart your phone
Go to Google Play app -> Subscriptions and make sure that your subscription is listed there
Go to Aloha Browser and open premium purchase screen. This should trigger the re-evaluation of the current state.

Сделал поэтапно как вы и расписали (перезагрузил телефон, проверил наличие подписки в Google Play, открыл окно покупки премиум снова), к сожалению, не помогло, подписка все ещё не появилась

In this case please collect diagnostic logs by following these simple steps:

1. ENABLE EXTENDED LOGGING

Tap the link below to activate logging mode:
alohabrowser://enableextensivelogging

Then use the app as usual and try to reproduce the issue.

2. SEND THE LOGS

Once you've encountered the problem, tap this link:
alohabrowser://shareextensivelogs

This will prepare the log file and open a share dialog — simply reply to this email with the file attached.

NOTE: If the links above are not clickable in your email app, copy the link and paste it into the address bar in Aloha Browser.

No, we just need logs from your device to able to understand why Premium is not active on your device. I can see that you have an active Premium subscription on Google Play store.

Thanks for the logs, please do the following:

Make sure the Play Store account (Play Store → menu → email at the top) and the Aloha payment account are the same.
If they are different, switch to the correct one, restart the Aloha app, and restore the purchase.
If they are the same, clear the Google Play app cache. Restart the Aloha app and restore the purchase.

Please try another option with Google Play:

If clearing the cache did not help, you can clear the Google Play app data. This is safe and will not cause any loss. After that, restart Aloha and restore your subscription.
Important: Do not clear the Aloha app data.

After completing all the steps, please send us the logs again according to the instructions.

Also, if you are using a VPN, please turn it off before launching Aloha. We do not receive purchase data from Google, so we need to eliminate anything that might block data collection.

Проблема решена, спасибо большое!

Не знаю с чем именно оно было связано - с включенным ВПН или данными Google Play, но после отключения первого и удаления второго, при перезапуске Aloha подписка уже была активирована. Даже не пришлось "восстанавливать покупку".
