Hi there,

Please open System Settings on Mac and check if Aloha VPN is in the list. If you find it there - please delete it, then try to install Aloha VPN profile once again in the application. Let me know if it works afterwards 👍

You can remove Aloha VPN in Mac (not Aloha's settings) settings:

Try this step first and then let me know if it makes any difference.

Try one more method:

- close Aloha VPN app

- open Applications folder in Finder

- right click on Aloha VPN app

- click on “Get Info”

- enable “Open using Rosetta” (if Rosetta not installed - installation dialog will pop up, approve installation)

- after installation run AlohaVPN one more time

- enable VPN

This should do the trick.

You can use one subscription for all Apple devices with the same Apple ID - tap 'Restore Purchase' button in Aloha app settings to activate it 👍

Hi, I have the same issue with my M1 Ventura Macbook, but neither fix works. My phone works fine so for now I have to download files to my phone and then AirDrop to my Mac, but that's a bit cumbersome. I can't wait till there's an official release for this app.
