iOS says Aloha is using more storage than it actually is

In Progress Zed 51 days ago

Aloha says I’m using 56GB of storage where as iOS Storage says it’s using 66GB. I’ve cleared everything and emptied trash. How do I get my 10GB of storage back without deleting the app?

Searching some of the posts here seems to be a common issue?

5. Tap Report in the top right corner and send it to us

We will look into it as soon as we can.

Hi there,

According to the latest report, right now your Aloha's downloads folder is stored only 106mb in different web caches. Could you please again add screenshots with Aloha storage size in downloads and system settings to compare?

Clear cache!

Unsuccessfully…

Remove and reinstall app.

Do you installed any dock or extension?
