Serious problem: Does Aloha VPN only work in the Aloha web browser?
Afternoon everyone,
I was about to sign up to Aloha premium and become a paying customer but I just wanted to know something for certain.
My question is when the Aloha web browser VPN is turned on, does this VPN only change the IP address of my Aloha web browser?
I'M EXTREMELY worried about the Aloha VPN changing all ip addresses of all the Apps I have opened on my PC. In other words, I don't want the Aloha VPN to effect my entire Windows PC device...
My problem is that I do online banking and other work related tasks using another browser and I CANNOT use a VPN for these as security mechanisms will go off and I'll be banned from websites that I use that do not allow VPNs to be used.
Can anyone please help me?
Thank you!
Hi there,
Thanks for posting! At the moment our windows version VPN only has device wide service, so the option to have it active only within Aloha browser is not available, we have this option working on mobile and tablet devices for both iOS and Android. I can only suggest you to use your own country server on the windows version so your banking apps don't get alarmed, but at the same time your IP address will remain private.
